Tot i que si es el teu cas, ens haur\u00edem de veure aviat.<\/p>\n<p>El shiatsu \u00e9s i ser\u00e0 el teu aliat en prevenir i mantenir una qualitat de vida bona i gaudir del teu dia a dia, ja sigui a la feina, amb fam\u00edlia, fent els teus hobbies o simplement estant i descansant en algun indret que t\u2019aporti calma.<\/p>\n<p>El shiatsu s\u2019adapta a qualsevol situaci\u00f3 i circumst\u00e0ncia que tingui el pacient. \u00c9s una t\u00e8cnica que es pot rebre en 3 formats (fut\u00f3, llitera, cadira). Una altra particularitat que t\u00e9 aquesta t\u00e8cnica japonesa, donat el seu origen, \u00e9s que es rep amb roba. Ja sigui d\u2019una manera directe, el receptor va vestit amb roba c\u00f2moda (pijama, xandall, &#8230;), o en el cas que prefereixi estar m\u00e9s lleuger de roba, es cobreix al pacient amb un llen\u00e7ol de cot\u00f3 per poder treball damunt el teixit.<\/p>\n<p>I la pregunta que la majoria es fa, <b>&#8230; I com es pot percebre les contractures o dol\u00e8ncies que t\u00e9 el cos a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un teixit? <\/b><span style=\"color: var(--awb-text-color); font-family: var(--awb-text-font-family); font-size: var(--awb-font-size); font-style: var(--awb-text-font-style); font-weight: var(--awb-text-font-weight); letter-spacing: var(--awb-letter-spacing); text-align: var(--awb-content-alignment); text-transform: var(--awb-text-transform); background-color: var(--awb-bg-color-hover);\">La veritat que en els meus inicis tamb\u00e9 em plantejava aquesta pregunta i la veritat que amb el temps s\u2019aguditza la sensibilitat dels dits fins a percebre les contractures o desviacions que pugui tenir el cos a trav\u00e9s de qualsevol teixit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El temps i la dedicaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n fonamentals per aguditzar qualsevol sensibilitat i disciplina. En xin\u00e9s hi ha un terme que tothom coneix que representa aquest concepte de temps i dedicaci\u00f3, s\u2019anomena kung-fu.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada la persona est\u00e0 preparada per rebre un sessi\u00f3 de shiatsu, hi ha dos maneres en que es pot procedir. Una es fent un petit interrogatori pel motiu de la consulta, quins s\u00edmptomes t\u00e9 el receptor, fer l\u2019observaci\u00f3 adient del cos, de la llengua, del pols, el que es diu fer una anamnesis. Aquesta versi\u00f3 \u00e9s un enfoc en l\u00ednia de la medicina tradicional xinesa. L\u2019altre manera de fer, que aplico sovint, \u00e9s la de fer poques preguntes i molt b\u00e0siques i deixar que les mans sense intervenci\u00f3 mental facin el que millor saben fer&#8230; sentir i percebre. Sabies que les puntes dels dits de la m\u00e0 \u00e9s una de les zones amb m\u00e9s sensibilitat del cos hum\u00e0?<\/p>\n<p>El pacient es col\u00b7loca inicialment mostrant l\u2019esquena i s\u2019inicia la ter\u00e0pia per la part YANG del cos, s\u2019inicia per la cuirassa posterior a on s\u2019acostuma a carregar el pes d\u2019una motxilla imaginaria, que la majoria transportem cada dia amunt i avall.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019acostuma a transitar del cap al peu, passant primer per la zona esquerra i despr\u00e9s tota la zona dreta. Donem la volta i procedim cama i bra\u00e7 esquerra I es continua fent el mateix al costat dret. Finalment ja anem a cervicals, al tor\u00e7, l\u2019abdomen i podem acabar en el cap. Aquest seria un recorregut b\u00e0sic i de manteniment. Quan expresso que s\u2019acostuma \u00e9s que cada cos demana diferents recorreguts i el mateix cos en diferents moments sol\u00b7licitar\u00e0 diferents intervencions. Estem en constant canvi i el shiatsu s\u2019adapta a cada moment i a cada cos.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop explicat el recorregut, hi ha el fascinant m\u00f3n de les pressions. I aqu\u00ed el shiatsu \u00e9s on expressa el seu gran potencial i efic\u00e0cia. Per explicar-ho d\u2019una forma amplia, dir\u00e9 que hi ha quatre maneres que t\u00e9 el cos de rebre el que se li est\u00e0 fent. Tres percepcions que el teu cos et donar\u00e0, de les que per ser sincer hi ha moments que es convinent entre elles generant m\u00faltiples sensacions.<\/p>\n<p>Una d\u2019elles \u00e9s la <b><u>pres\u00e8ncia<\/u><\/b>, sents la meva m\u00e0 contactant amb el teu cos i sentint cada pressi\u00f3 del meu dit en una zona concreta sense sentir quelcom especial (no dolor, no punxada, &#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019altre l\u2019anomeno <b><u>connexi\u00f3<\/u><\/b>, sents com aquella pressi\u00f3 amb el dit es transforma en punxadeta. Una punxadeta suau i ef\u00edmer, que et mostra les zones del teu cos bloquejades. Sents com es desfan les tensions acumulades, com l\u2019auxil.li que demanava el teu cos est\u00e0 at\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>La <b><u>compensaci\u00f3<\/u><\/b> \u00e9s una de les sensacions m\u00e9s especials que et transmet una sessi\u00f3 de shiatsu.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019inicia la pressi\u00f3, sents un est\u00edmul semblant a un dolor sord, apagat i al mateix temps sents com est\u00e0 alliberant aquella zona, apareix uns sensaci\u00f3 agradable i d\u2019alleugeriment. Hi ha persones que m\u2019han arribat a descriure el recorregut d\u2019un meridi\u00e0 sense tenir-ne coneixement. El teu cos reconeix una altra vegada el benestar. Sents com el fluir del Qi nodreix i compensa el temps viscut sense vitalitat.<\/p>\n<p>Una darrera sensaci\u00f3 que et vull transmetre que es pot arribar a donar en shiatsu, \u00e9s justament la que com a terapeuta de shiatsu, procurem evitar. Com deia en el post anterior de presentaci\u00f3, fugim de buscar o trobar la sensaci\u00f3 de dolor irritant, el SI PICA CURA. Aquesta percepci\u00f3, a diferencia de les altres, es que \u00e9s irritant i desagradable, es queda sostinguda durant una estona despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver manipulat el punt.<\/p>\n<p>El shiatsu \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica que col\u00b7labora en el benestar de la salut del pacient. Busca generar una relaxaci\u00f3 com m\u00e9s profunda possible per acompanyar en el proc\u00e9s de guarir que t\u00e9 el propi cos.<\/p>\n<p>El recorregut que es fa en la sessi\u00f3 de shiatsu, treballa a nivell muscular, f\u00e0scia i articular. Aquest treball org\u00e0nic es originat en gran mesura al rec\u00f3rrer el circuit dels meridians descrits en la medicina xinesa.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9s endavant anir\u00e9 publicant m\u00e9s posts sobre que s\u00f3n aquests meridians i com podem mantenir-los lliures i forts.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed el shiatsu te un sistema d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 molt b\u00e0sic i rudimentari. Nom\u00e9s cal aguditzar i incrementar la sensibilitat a les gemmes dels dits de la m\u00e0, tenir coneixements anat\u00f2mics i en medicina tradicional xinesa.
